1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Mee6r. By creating an account, browsing the marketplace, listing products, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mee6r ("we," "us," or "our"). You acknowledge that Mee6r is a marketplace platform that facilitates transactions between independent sellers and buyers, and is not itself a seller or party to any transaction unless explicitly stated.

2. Definitions

• Platform means the Mee6r website and all associated services.
• Seller means a registered user who lists products for sale on the Platform.
• Buyer means a registered user who purchases products listed on the Platform.
• Transaction means any purchase or sale completed through the Platform.
• Verified Seller means a Seller who has completed our identity verification process.
• Buyer Protection means our program that safeguards eligible purchases against non-delivery and significant misrepresentation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Individuals barred from using the Platform under applicable law, including those on sanctions lists or previously suspended for violations of these Terms, are not permitted to access Mee6r.

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, fees, or suspensions is prohibited and may result in permanent removal from the Platform.

5. Seller Obligations

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock availability. Sellers must:

• List only products they are authorized and able to deliver.
• Provide accurate descriptions and images that fairly represent the product.
• Fulfill orders promptly and communicate any delays to the Buyer.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including tax obligations for their jurisdiction.
• Maintain the standards required to remain a Verified Seller, if applicable.

6. Buyer Obligations

Buyers agree to review listings carefully before purchasing, pay for orders through the Platform's approved payment methods, and provide accurate shipping information. Buyers must not initiate fraudulent chargebacks or disputes for items received as described.

If a product is not received or significantly differs from its description, the Buyer may file a dispute through the Platform within the timeframe specified in our Buyer Protection policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Platform to engage in any of the following:

• Selling counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or regulated goods without proper authorization.
• Manipulating reviews, ratings, or search rankings through artificial means.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users of the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's payment system or fees.
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform without our written consent.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.

8. Transactions & Payments

All transactions must be completed through the Platform's payment infrastructure. Off-platform payments circumvent our Buyer Protection and Seller protections, and are strictly prohibited.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase. Funds are held until the transaction is confirmed complete - typically upon delivery confirmation or after the dispute window closes - at which point they are released to the Seller.

9. Fees

Mee6r charges a transaction fee on completed sales. The current fee structure is disclosed to Sellers at the time of listing and in the dashboard. We may adjust our fee structure with reasonable advance notice.

Sellers are responsible for any taxes applicable to their sales. Mee6r does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of Sellers except where required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

The Mee6r name, logo, designs, and all software, content, and features of the Platform are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

By listing a product on the Platform, Sellers grant Mee6r a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display their listing content for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not a party to any transaction between Buyers and Sellers and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mee6r disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mee6r shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction conducted through it.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you have paid to Mee6r in the preceding twelve months, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mee6r and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination & Suspension

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if your conduct could harm the community or expose us to legal liability.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination - including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability - shall remain in effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of Mee6r after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mee6r is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
